Please allow 2 days after payment is made for order to be processed. All items will be shipped within 3 days after payment is received, in some instances it can be before. Once order is shipped a tracking number will be sent. 

REFUND/RETURN POLICY

We have a 5 days return policy, which means that after the item was delivered, you have 5 days to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn, unused with tags and in the original packaging. 

Please note that customers will be liable for shipping returns cost. For all return, please contact us by email nouveauroyalsparis@gmail.  Once item is received, we will notify you if a refund will be issued or not. If approved, we will submit refund to the original payment method.
